We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Evaluate patient reactions, changes, and progress, and report to the attending physician and agency staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized OT plans of care, making adjustments as needed.
  • Use activities and home exercise programs to improve range of motion, muscle strength, and coordination.
  • Minimize patient risk by teaching preventative measures and making good decisions.
  • Counsel patients and families on disease management and proper use of equipment.
Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist with a current license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one-year experience as a OT in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Capable of all physical demands.
