**Job Summary:** This role involves managing equipment ordering, receiving, reconciling, and financial reporting for rental and sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle purchase orders and equipment orders as per specifications
  • Receive new and used equipment based on invoices and POs
  • Coordinate equipment transfers between locations
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory information
  • Reconcile various inventory ledgers
  • Manage additions to rental fleet
  • Coordinate equipment transport and oversee costs
  • Provide sales department support
  • Process warranty reports and order extensions
  • Collaborate with specifications committee for stock configurations

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong management, organization, and communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

**Language Skills:** Ability to read, write, and present business information effectively.

**Mathematical Skills:** Ability to perform calculations and apply basic mathematical concepts.

**Reasoning Ability:** Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting instructions.
