We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician I to join our team at LanceSoft. As a Laboratory Technician I, you will be responsible for conducting analytical testing on both organic and inorganic samples using standard methods such as ASTM.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analytical testing on organic and inorganic samples using standard methods.
  • Perform test chemical experiments to support ongoing research and operational projects.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Accurately record and maintain experimental data to ensure consistency and reliability of results.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated with current industry practices.
  • Prepare technical reports and organize information for senior chemists' review.
  • Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve testing methodologies.
  • Manage and safely dispose of chemicals as per environmental and safety standards.
