Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our property in Manor, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Diagnose and repair maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Order supplies and materials as needed.
  • Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
  • Perform service requests promptly and correctly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
  • EPA/HVAC/POOL certification preferred.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain the physical condition of the property.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools.
