We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at GSS MN Blackduck Northern Pines in Blackduck, MN. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

This is a part-time PRN position with varied shifts and hours. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long Term Care, with a strong focus on resident-centered care. You will be responsible for coordinating care, assessing residents, and providing education and support to patients and families.

What We Offer

The Good Samaritan Society offers a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $48.00 per hour, based on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • At least 3 months of experience in Long Term Care (6 months preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
