About the Role

This position requires a unique blend of sales, customer service, and financial analysis skills. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions that meet clients' requirements while adhering to lending guidelines.

  • Develop Customer Relationships: Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking opportunities to retain and develop new clients through effective sales calls and communication.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers, ensuring accurate assessments of their financial situations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions efficiently, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex financial landscapes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in customer experience management, effective communication, financial analysis, and loan origination. Preferred skills include banking products, client prospecting, and mortgage products.

  • Education: A university or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience, or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Certifications: No required certifications, although relevant industry certifications may be beneficial.
