The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document patient progress and outcomes in the medical record.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington.
  • Successful completion of state board examination.
  • Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiac patient management is desirable.
