Digital Storyteller

Job Overview:
Mount Zion Baptist Church is seeking a skilled Videographer/Editor to join our team. This role will involve creating inspirational, informative, and compelling video content to support the church's brand and associated ministries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of video production experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**
• Concept, write, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content in various styles for on-location and in-studio shoots.
• Deliver weekly video content to support Sunday sermon, Bible study, and other ministry initiatives.
• Develop original concepts that capture project briefs and target audience(s), and create unique ideas for new video features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with creative, social media, project management, technical arts, and ministry teams to conceptualize and produce creative content.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of current video editing software (Premiere Pro, Movie Maker, Final Cut, After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality content under deadlines and quick turnaround times.
• Availability to work weekends and non-traditional hours.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
