Job Title: Registered Nurse Clinician

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Clinician will be responsible for providing direct patient care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, a passion for nursing, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
