Rutgers University's Department of Applied Psychology invites applications for a Part-Time Lecturer position in the Doctoral of Psychology (PSYD) in Organizational Psychology program. The successful candidate will teach doctoral-level courses in the Department of Applied Psychology, including Interviewing & Observation – Organizations and Group relations & Organizational diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop or refine course syllabi
- Present high-quality lectures
- Run class discussions and other teaching activities
- Evaluate students based on course expectations and program-wide competencies
Requirements
- Ph.D. or PsyD. (DSW considered)
- Doctoral-level training in psychology or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Mastery of content areas needed for instruction
- Experience with teaching and instructional design
