Senior Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead our Braintree, MA restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training staff, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to take on a key leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will have the chance to develop your leadership skills, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of services and high-quality food presentation.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies, focusing on customer service and loyalty programs.
- Train and coach staff to improve their skills and performance, driving employee retention and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations and building loyalty.
- Promote, demonstrate, and lead a memorable customer dining experience, fostering a positive reputation for our restaurant.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and training skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Demonstrated success in previous positions, with a stable work history and a commitment to excellence.
- Be physically fit and able to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
