We are seeking a skilled Senior Realtime Graphics & Simulation Developer to join our team at Experis. This role involves designing, developing, and providing subject matter expertise for a flight simulation product built on Unreal engine.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Unreal engine developer, with strong C++ programming skills and game or graphics programming experience using OpenGL, Direct3D, HLSL, or GLSL. The candidate should also have experience in software architecture and object-oriented design, as well as data structures and algorithms.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in technical areas such as strong mathematics capability, game development, STL and/or Boost libraries and data structures, design patterns, and multi-threading. Familiarity with MS Visual Studio and Python or other scripting languages is also beneficial.

This role requires collaboration with an agile and multi-disciplinary team on all facets of software development, including communication, requirements assessment, research, design, development, testing, integration, peer review, documentation, maintenance, and end user support.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. You will also receive weekly pay with direct deposit and access to free training to upgrade your skills.
