Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Dental Practice
    • Manage patient flow and schedule
    • Oversee dental assistants and hygienists
    • Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards
  • Develop Treatment Plans
    • Create detailed treatment plans for patients
    • Communicate treatment plans to patients and staff
  • Maintain Patient Relationships
    • Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits
    • Provide patient care and support

Requirements

  • Dental Degree
    • D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association
  • Licensure
    • Licensed to practice in Texas
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a dental practitioner
  • Skills
    • Good interpersonal skills and communication
