Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of House Supervisor at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring that they are competent to perform their duties and meet the needs of our patients.
  • Patient Care: Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and meet the needs of our patients.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our facility is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: Three or more years of experience in nursing practice, with at least one year in a supervisory or charge position.
  • Licensure: Current RN license in good standing.
  • Certifications: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
