Job Summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a highly skilled Embryologist Operator to join our team. As an Embryologist Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality eggs are produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull eggs from incubators onto Embrex Machine
  • Stack down from machine to hatcher dollies
  • Clean Setter floors, fan blades, etc.
  • Back up egg setters
  • Clean embrex machine, hatcher halls, and fog daily
  • Discard eggs from egg remover into vacuum system daily
  • Wash boxes Sunday morning
Requirements
  • Good Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Able to read numbers and colors
Working Conditions
  • Continuously: standing, walking
  • Frequently: lifting, turning, twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, grasping, kneeling, reach forward, pulling stretching
Work Environment
  • Wet Floors
  • Warm Temperatures

Important Safety Factors
  • Know how to use and locate the emergency stop switch.
  • Know location of primary and secondary emergency exits.
