Job Description

**Job Title:** Onsite Community Association Manager

**Location:** Not Specified

**Hours:** Approximately 7.5 hours per shift - Monday through Friday

**Reporting to:** Senior Community Manager

**Scope of Work:** Responsible for day-to-day management of the Association.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • First point of contact for community-wide communications
  • Handle community communications through various channels
  • Provide top-notch customer service to association members
  • Keep community communications organized and updated
  • Maintain office files, manuals, and computer databases
  • Manage office and janitorial supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee their work
  • Conduct regular inspections of amenities and common areas
  • Enforce design guidelines on homeowner lots
  • Work with community committees and support as needed
  • Assist in newsletters and other correspondence
  • Maintain emergency keys and attend Board Meetings
  • Perform other assigned duties

**Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Light to moderate physical effort may be required
  • Extended periods of walking, standing, and using a keyboard
