Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Mercy's Hospital Facilities' nurses, the Nursing Informatics Coordinator, and the I/S Clinical Analyst Team to implement informatics solutions to support all areas of nursing.
- Provide direct on- and off-site assistance to Mercy's hospital facilities in support of documentation and patient care activities when using information systems software applications.
- Assist with Epic and CPM upgrades, including workflow analysis, build team support, curriculum design, and staff training.
- Consult with providers, leadership, physicians, and other clinicians to identify documentation and workflow problems and suggests resolutions to issues related to clinical software applications and functions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN or upon hire BSN completion agreement for enrollment in an accredited BSN Completion Program.
- Licensed as an RN in state of practice.
- Approved CPR certification required within 90 days.
