Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with a school district in Lynnfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in 1:1 and group settings, as well as de-escalation training with BCBA's.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support to students in 1:1 and group settings
  • Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Teach students specific behavior skills called for in treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Active Massachusetts Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
