Job Title: RN - Procedure Transplant Clinic

At UW Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our esteemed Transplant Clinic team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional nursing care and education to patients with complex medical needs in a compassionate and patient-centered environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide nursing care and education to patients with complex medical needs in clinic and on the phone.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • 6 months of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
  • Specific to EP Lab - Previous moderate sedation experience required.
  • Additional years of relevant clinical nursing experience preferred.
