Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
