**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Systems Administrator to join our team at Bridgehead IT.

 

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes that support the scalable, secure, and efficient operation of client systems.

 

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient operation.
  • Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and management of cloud resources and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure, deployments, and DevOps processes.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work with development teams to implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Manage and Scale Applications: Use containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to manage and scale applications.
  • Document Cloud Architectures: Document cloud architectures, configurations, and processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Experience with Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Experience with Scripting Languages: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with Configuration Management Tools: Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Containerization Tools: Strong understanding of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Server Management: Experience managing and supporting both Windows and Linux servers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or similar are preferred.
  • Ticketing System Experience: Experience working with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
