Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Cleaner - Floor Tech. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of airport facilities, including floors, restrooms, and other areas. You'll also be required to operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including automatic scrubbers, buffers, and shampoo machines.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of airport facilities, including floors, restrooms, and other areas
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including automatic scrubbers, buffers, and shampoo machines
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
Requirements
  • Valid California driver's license and good driving record
  • Knowledge of basic floor care duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to operate floor care equipment, including automatic scrubbers, buffers, and shampoo machines
  • Knowledge of proper use and application of floor care products
  • Good listening and verbal communications skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time, including the ability to walk long distances. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds of office and facilities equipment (pumps, tools, ladders) and ability to safely install rigging/lifting devices.
