Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for the physical protection of our property and the safety of our visitors, tenants, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including but not limited to, suspicious activity, medical emergencies, and facility breaches.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property, including the parking garage, to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including management and maintenance, to resolve security-related issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance security skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid California Guard Card required.
  • Prior customer service experience or public-facing role preferred.
  • Able to work weekends and holidays.
