Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Allied 24/7. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Job Summary:

As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Preparing patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitoring patients during imaging procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Analyzing images to ensure they are of high quality and meet diagnostic standards
  • Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:

To be successful as a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will need:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, (CT) certification preferred
  • Licensed technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
  • Vaccinated for Influenza, seasonal
