Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Technician I plays a vital role in supporting rehabilitation nurses and therapists in delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist rehabilitation nurses and therapists with rehabilitation treatment and patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
  • Perform tasks as delegated by and supervised by rehabilitation nurses and therapists
  • Maintain open communication with coworkers and supervisors
Requirements
  • CPR certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training
Working Conditions

This position requires working in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment with occasional outdoor exposure. May be required to work under stressful circumstances and may be exposed to blood and body fluids.
