Dye Formulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Ink Technician to join our team at Universal Products.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to utilize their expertise in color mixing and formulation to create high-quality inks for production.

• Mix ink formulations according to standard procedures and special requirements
• Utilize the Gretag Macbeth color system to achieve accurate color matching and quality control
• Manage ink inventory by ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient production levels
• Set viscosity for each ink formula to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain equipment, including mixers and spectrometers, to ensure reliable operation
• Clean and organize the work area regularly to maintain a safe and productive environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to support team objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required; screen printing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
