The company has a turnover of around $15,000,000 and focused growth plans, predominantly operating in the re-roofing sector, accounting for 80% of their operations. Their project value can range anywhere from $50,000 to a significant $5,000,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.
- Present estimates and conduct cost-benefit analyses for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
