About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and upgrading CNC machinery and systems. They will provide technical support to clients, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of CNC equipment. The successful candidate will work independently or as part of a team to prioritize and manage service activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-sales technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of CNC machinery and peripherals.
  • Coordinate and execute activities related to installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Perform equipment diagnostics, analyze issues, and complete necessary repairs or recommend upgrades.
  • Collaborate with equipment operators and management to detect and resolve equipment problems.
  • Advise management and factory engineers on equipment defects, customer feedback, and product performance improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology).
  • 2-5 years of experience in a machine tool company.
  • Proficiency with Fanuc machines and CNC systems.
  • Understanding of PLC systems and ability to read PLC diagrams.
  • Experience with forklift and manual lifting equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
