Surgical Center at Millburn LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the total surgical process, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure safe continuity of patient care.
- Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in acute care nursing and a commitment to excellence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a registered nurse.
- Basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS.
- At least two years of operating room experience, including orthopedics.
