Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Administrator to support industrial and program security requirements for multiple intelligence community (IC) customers. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of security administrative processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process security clearance access requests and document reportable information
  • Provide initial security briefings and debriefings, and prepare and maintain sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) documentation
  • Schedule, confirm, and support meetings and conferences, manage the usage of secure conference rooms, and assist with the verification of visit certifications
  • Maintain visitor and usage logs, and ensure compliance with security regulations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with security administrative processes and procedures
  • Experience with computer software applications, including security databases, e-mail, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of Security Executive Agent Directives for personnel security standards, adjudicative guidelines, reporting requirements, continuous evaluation, and reciprocity of background investigations
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with organizational and file management
  • Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) policy and implementation guidance
  • Knowledge of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP and NIST SP 800-53
  • Ability to follow security regulations and ensure compliance
