Responsibilities- Provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants
- Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals and families
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in research initiatives to improve neonatal care
- Maintain active participation in continuing education and professional development
- Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Florida State Licensure as APRN or PA
- Current BLS and PALS certification (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP)
- 3 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU
