Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with our supportive team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a nursing home and skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
  • Experience working in geriatrics and a current Speech Language Pathologist license
