Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bus Driver to join our team at Enterprise Mobility Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from our rental car facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting each customer personally and ensuring a safe and courteous ride.
  • Operate the courtesy shuttle in accordance with all laws and regulations, following company policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operating environment.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage, entering and exiting the vehicle, and addressing miscellaneous customer needs.
  • Notify management of any customer or vehicle issues, including daily maintenance requirements.
  • Provide local information, distribute maps and handouts as needed, and communicate with the office and other drivers via two-way radio or cellular phone.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to read and speak English.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • No more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
  • Previous driving experience in a similar vehicle (large shuttle van or bus) is required.
  • Must have previous customer service experience.
  • Requires the ability to perform manual labor (i.e., bending, lifting, etc.).
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to assist customers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment DOT physical exam to obtain a Medical Card as required by the USDOT.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
