Customer Advocate

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing customer business and identify new opportunities
• Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage routes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue, while ensuring safe and responsible operation of company equipment
• Load and unload trucks, maintaining accurate inventory and product knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a route sales role
• Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis
• Valid Driver's License and Excellent Driving Record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sense of direction/knowledge of area
