About the Role

Cisco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, analyze internal processes, and develop creative solutions for real business challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement within Cisco
  • Analyze internal processes, data, and problems to identify benefits from enabling new capabilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business operations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related program
  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams
  • Superb communication skills, a 'can do' attitude, and ability to collaborate with others in a global environment

Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: 75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
