Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify respiratory care needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage patients with artificial airways, including NPPV and mechanical ventilation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Education Program.
  • Current NH RCP License and RRT certification.
  • 1 year of acute care hospital clinical experience as a practicing RCP.
  • Experience with mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of acute care hospital clinical and diagnostic experience.
  • Advanced assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
  • Experience with ventilator management and critical thinking skills.
