Prompt Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team in Tooele, UT. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children with autism and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified BCBA to oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans. You will also provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting.
  • Train and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide parent coaching and support to help families achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • New BCBAs encouraged to apply.
