We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Arborist to join our team at SavATree Careers. As a Sales Arborist, you will be responsible for developing and growing your assigned sales territory, working closely with our field specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the health and well-being of each client's landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your assigned territory and increase revenue
- Work closely with field specialists to diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimate jobs, and provide estimates for work to be completed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to become a trusted advisor and integral part of their landscape's health and safety
- Set up crews, validate work performance, and ensure jobs are completed to client satisfaction
- Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business opportunities
- Participate in community and industry events, such as presentations to horticultural associations, garden clubs, trade shows, and community organizations
- Passion for working outdoors and making a positive impact on the environment
- Love solving customer problems and helping them preserve their tree, plant, and lawn care health through industry-leading solutions
- Resilient and resourceful in the face of change in a fast-growth company
- Motivated to learn and grow, always looking for opportunities for self-development
- Possess a high level of integrity and a commitment to delivering on the customer promise
- Hands-on experience, detail-oriented, and enjoys technical challenges and working with others
- Green industry experience is not required, but a degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience is preferred
