About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Autism Therapist to join our team at ABA Outreach LLC. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with children with autism to improve their language, social, and play skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with autism, focusing on language, social, and play skills.
  • Collect data to track progress on treatment plan goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
