  • Experience with legal document review, drafting, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with risk management and internal control processes.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including data protection, financial, and environmental regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
