- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems and make informed decisions, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient assessments, care delivery, and outcomes in medical records, and provide timely and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Patient Education and Support: Provide information and facilitate patient/family teaching, empowering patients to take an active role in their care and recovery.
