Compensation and Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities

In this Radiologic Technologist PRN role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing Expertise: Bring your skills and expertise to deliver exceptional patient care, championing the well-being of every individual who walks through our doors.
  • Coordinating Efforts: Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless operations, guaranteeing that patients receive top-notch care and services in a timely manner.
  • Performing Radiological Duties: Execute all required radiological duties according to license and state law, while maintaining accuracy and precision in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Maintaining Equipment: Ensure lab/x-ray equipment is calibrated, inspected, and properly maintained daily, adhering to policy and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Supporting Front Desk Duties: Assist with greeting patients, checking patients in/out, End of Day close out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks, and records release, contributing to a smooth and efficient front desk experience.
  • Working with Colleagues: Collaborate closely with Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective teamwork.

Requirements

To succeed in this Radiologic Technologist PRN position, you must possess:
  • Graduate of an Accredited School: Hold a degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
  • Clinical Experience: Have at least 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting, preferably in radiology.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist: Be certified as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and hold state licensure (if required).
  • BLS Certification: Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start date.
  • Federal Certifications: Complete federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Drug Screening certifications within 30 days of start date.
  • Ongoing Requirements: Maintain state license (if required) for Office Laboratory Assistant within 30 days of employment or promotion.
