Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with Novant Health's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care.
- Current compact licensure in the appropriate state.
- One year of consecutive experience in a defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women's).
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Ability to interpret information and identify each patient's requirements for care relative to their age-specific needs.
