Breast Trimmer Laborer

This is a job for a skilled individual to work in a fast-paced environment at Tyson Sales and Distribution, Inc.

Job Summary:
To maintain and promote a safe working culture, receive training as required, and perform various positions as assigned.

Responsibilities:
This posting is for the Breast Trimmer position on the Sensor X/Trim Table Line. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing whole breast fillets from a moving conveyor and removing bones and gristle from product at a rate of 20 pieces per minute. The job consists of pulling skin and checking for bones on the breast of the fillets by hand, as well as trimming the breast with scissors.

Requirements:
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required. Lifting is required in many areas, and the position works in a cold, damp, or humid environment with slippery walking surfaces.
