Engineering Co-Op Opportunity at CPP Eastlake

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Co-Op to join our team at CPP Eastlake. As a Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to work on complex aerospace and gas turbine components, developing robust processes and tooling to support our growth in the industrial and aerospace investment casting markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address process yields using various data analysis techniques
  • Interface with tooling vendors and CPP purchasing to produce a quality tool/die at a competitive price
  • Communicate with tooling vendors to design concepts for wax pattern die rework, the build of gate dies and support fixtures
  • Document work procedures and processes
  • Good verbal communications with all levels of management, manufacturing, and customer engineering groups
Requirements:
  • Working on a BS in Engineering, Junior or Senior Year Preferred
  • Tooling, design, and CAD (preferably NX) experience Preferred
  • Motivated individual with data-driven problem-solving techniques
