Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and inventory the work vehicle with necessary tools, products, and supplies for each assignment. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle with orderly equipment.
  • Prepare workspaces for operations, setting up staging areas and equipment for tasks.
  • Adhere to production protocols as directed.
  • Consistently follow safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the crew chief and fellow technicians to enhance production efficiency.
  • Conduct end-of-day cleanup and site restoration, ensuring the area is left clean and orderly.
Position Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • IICRC certifications are advantageous
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance occasionally
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
  • Able to endure extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Capable of repetitively pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying items
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and chemicals
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed
  • Successful completion of a background check (as per applicable law)

Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 annually
