Sales Arborist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Arborist to join our team at AKA Tree Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, arboriculture, and operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and maintain a strong sales presence within an assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and goals.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality performance on all jobs.
• Grow a residential and commercial book of business.

• 1-3 years of experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience.
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or Horticulture preferred.
• Valid driver's license and MVR with no occurrences.
