Job Summary:
CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our State and Local Government practice in Wisconsin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, assisting them with meeting their audit and financial planning objectives, and leading engagement progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with clients to ensure their audit and financial planning objectives are met.
- Assist clients with financial statement preparation and audits, utilizing a range of tools and expertise.
- Develop and implement staff development, mentoring, and client engagement teams to drive business growth.
- Lead engagement progress by monitoring time budgets and deadlines for adherence.
- Communicate important developments to the engagement principal, providing facts, conclusions, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
- CPA license certification is required.
- Experience with governmental audits or single audits preferred.
