Specialty Insurance Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Insurance Risk Manager to join our team at Burns & Wilcox. As a key member of our underwriting department, you will be responsible for evaluating and classifying risks, determining acceptability, coverage, and pricing to prepare quotes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, classify, and rate each risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing to prepare quotes.
- Assist Underwriters to develop and execute marketing plans to drive new and renewal business.
- Mentor and train Assistant Underwriters as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of Commercial or Personal Lines underwriting support or industry experience.
- Strong sales and marketing skills required.
- Proven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detail.
