Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Service Department. As a Primary RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care, coordinating services, and engaging in patient education and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Coordinate patient care and services with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement patient education plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Utah or Compact States.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.
